In more ways than one.
When the kids were really little, I had a blog. I loved it. It was a place to plant pictures and capture the week(s) past with an ability to look back, reflect, and laugh, a LOT. That has always been the predominate approach to my parenthood. It helps that I have exceptionally funny kids (it's my blog, I get to brag.)
Then life gets busy and a divorce and move and parents aging and school and jobs and bills and......
And then years pass and while you still take an obscene amount of pictures and have thousands of incredible memories they are stuck in your head and the short posts of social media. So.....we are off.
We are (as of today at 3:00) off for Christmas break. Many memories to come in the next couple of weeks and I NEED a place to talk about our recent vacation to Italy. In addition, we are off for this new adventure. I. Am. A. Blog. Writer......again.
I'm not sure when, where, or how I will share, but I think our unique family has a lot to share - even if it's just for me.
